There are usually two segments in this process.    1. At the damage site:   Items to be cleaned on site are identified. All contents to be removed are carefully cataloged and tagged for correct return.   Items are loaded onto custom-designed trucks/trailers with transferable containers and transported to the FRS plant for restoration.    2. At the FRS plant:   Damaged contents are professionally assessed by the FRS team, and then inspected by the insured and/or the insurance company adjuster.   Contents are analyzed by the experts at FRS for cost-effective repairs and losses are listed. Prior damage is noted.   Any items required immediately are separated out and cleaned. An inventory of all contents is done.   Furniture and clothing are treated for complete odor removal. All items are separated to determine the type of cleaning required.   Items that can be restored are cleaned using the latest techniques.   Cleaned and restored items are put in secured containers until the insured can receive them at home or place of business.    Numerous references are available.
