First Restoration
Services' total solutions often involve the removal of
contents for cleaning after a fire or water loss and/or
storage and protection during the reconstruction process.
There are usually two segments in this process.
|
1. At the damage
site:
| |
 |
Items to be cleaned on site are identified. All contents to
be removed are carefully cataloged and tagged for correct
return. |
| |
 |
Items are loaded onto custom-designed trucks/trailers with
transferable containers and transported to the FRS plant for
restoration.
|
|
2. At the FRS
plant:
| |
 |
Damaged contents are professionally assessed by the FRS
team, and then inspected by the insured and/or the insurance
company adjuster. |
| |
 |
Contents are analyzed by the experts at FRS for
cost-effective repairs and losses are listed. Prior damage is
noted. |
| |
 |
Any items required immediately are separated out and
cleaned. An inventory of all contents is done. |
| |
 |
Furniture and clothing are treated for complete odor
removal. All items are separated to determine the type of
cleaning required. |
| |
 |
Items that can be restored are cleaned using the latest
techniques. |
| |
 |
Cleaned and restored items are put in secured containers
until the insured can receive them at home or place of
business. |
